We do the selling
We price it from real sold prices, list it on multiple sites, and answer every single buyer message.
Open the door, get paid
The buyer pays us first, comes at your chosen time, and we send you your share within 3 days.
What you get
of the sale price is yours.
Our fee is 25% or $15, whichever is higher, taken only when your item sells. Nothing sells, nothing owed.

Paid before your address
Buyers pay online first. Only then do they get your address.
A code for every pickup
The buyer gives you a 4-digit code at pickup, so there's proof the handoff happened.
Verified people
Buyers verify their phone and pay by card. You see their name before they arrive.
You set the floor
Tell us your lowest price. We never accept less without asking you.
Questions
How long until it sells?
Most well-priced furniture and appliances sell within one to two weeks. We lower the price gradually if it's slow, never below your floor.
What if it doesn't sell?
After 60 days you can keep it, or we can help you donate it. You never owe us anything for an item that didn't sell.
When do I get paid?
Within 3 days after the buyer picks up and you confirm their pickup code.
Do I have to be home?
Someone needs to be there to hand it over, but you choose the times. Porch or garage pickups work great.
Can I change my mind?
Yes, any time before a buyer has paid. Just let us know and we'll take the listing down.

By sending an item you confirm you own it and have the right to sell it.
